Marie Bauvoi, our new muse.

She's gorgeous, she's sunny, but above all she's incredible! She's Marie Bauvoi, the new face of Nüssa.

A few weeks ago, we flew to Morocco where we had the chance to shoot our new campaign under the eye of the gifted Romain Rosa. So it was only natural that we should open the first issue of Nüssa summer encounters with Marie.

1. What's your best memory of a photoshoot?

Without hesitation, the meeting with my boyfriend. A job was booked and I went into the studio to shoot. Behind the lens was Romain (fashion and beauty photographer). It was a moment of suspension, of upheaval, of falling in love... it was magical! Just goes to show that love is everywhere...

2. What's your beauty tip after a too-short night's sleep and before stepping in front of the camera?

When I've had a good night's sleep, I wash my face with cold water to deflate it. Then I follow up with a light massage, applying my skincare products to get the micro-circulation going again. It's super-effective, with a guaranteed healthy glow!

3. What do you do to relieve the pressure?

I live in Paris, and like any self-respecting Parisian, I love to have a 'terrace' with my lover while re-discovering the world. Paris is beautiful!

4. What are your favourite products that you can't live without?

Then, without hesitation, my Nüssa cocooning night oil, which I adore. I simply can't live without it! I'm totally addicted to the way it smells and feels on my skin. As a bonus, when I wake up, my skin is so soft and ultra-moisturised. A real treat!

5. And finally, the beauty faux pas you'll never make again?

When I was younger, I was very self-conscious about my skin, so I used to wear make-up like a stolen lorry - it was quite something! Looking back now, it makes me laugh a lot, because nowadays it's just the opposite, I'm incapable of wearing make-up and when I do it's only for work, of course!
